TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE Loan No: 0625284 T.S. No.: 11-00501-6 Reference is made to that certain Deed of Trust dated as of June 19, 2002 made by, SHERI L. CAMPBELL , was the original Grantor to ABTRACT & TITLE COMPANY, was the original trustee, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. (MERS), was the original beneficiary, recorded on June 24, 2002, as Instrument No. 20023603 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Union County, Oregon (the “Deed of Trust”) to wit: APN: 10641 THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 38 EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN.
