COMPLAINT IN EQUITY TO QUIET TITLE
SUMMONS
To: Estate of Vincent P. Derig, Eleanor Richardson, Douglas Dufresne, Estate of Benjamin Dufresne, Florence Dufresne aka Florence Derig, Eleanor Robison, Jane Doe and Richard Doe. Any unknown heirs of Benjamin Dufresne and Florence Derig Dufresne. All other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title,lien, or interest in the Property described in the Complaint herein.
YOU ARE HEREBY REQUIRED to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled cause within 30 days from the date of service of this summons on you, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, Plaintiff will apply to the court for relief demanded in the complaint.
Plaintiff alleges:
1. Plaintiff is the Personal Representative of Estate of Paul William Robben, aka Paul W. Robben, hereinafter Decedent.
2. Decedent is the owner of real property in Union county, State of Oregon, particularly described as follows: Parcel 1: Two and one half acres from the west wide of tract of land lying south of the O.R.&N. Ry. in the south end of the east half of west half of east of east half of northeast quarter of Section six in Township Three South, Range Thirty- Eight East of the Willamette Meridian, in Union county, Oregon, except a piece of land out of the southeast part thereof described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the above described land running thence north along the west side of Second Street seventy-six feet and six inches, thence west at right angles to said last line one hundred and eleven feet, thence south at right angles to said last line seventy-six feet and six inches, thence east one hundred and eleven feet to the place of beginning. Also except a piece of land heretofore sold for the purpose of straightening Second Street:
Parcel 2: lot 1, Block 2, Grandy’s Second Addition, County of Union, La Grande, Oregon.
3. Plaintiff and his predecessors have had open, hostile and exclusive possession of the property described in Paragraph 2 above continuously for more than twenty (20) years under claim of right and by virtue of deeds transmitting property and payment of taxes and possession of such property is in no other.
4. Defendants claim some interest in said property adverse to Plaintiff, but Defendants’ claim is without any right whatsoever and Defendants’ have no estate, title or interest in said property or any part thereof.
5. Plaintiff has no plain, adequate or speedy remedy at law and, therefore, brings this suit in equity.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for a decree:
1. Requiring Defendants and all persons claiming under them to set forth the nature of their claims, if any, to the real property described in Paragraph 2 herein:
2. Determining all adverse claims, if any, of Defendants and all persons claiming under them;
3. Declaring Plaintiff as owner and entitled to possession of said real property free of any claim, estate, title or interest of Defendants or those claiming under the, and quieting title in said property in Plaintiff;
4. Enjoining defendants and those claiming under them from asserting any estate title or interest in said real property or any part thereof;
5. Awarding Plaintiff his costs and disbursements to be taxed herein; and
6. Granting such other relief as may be equitable.

Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee for Training & Employment Consortium in Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Union and Wallowa counties, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2009. The meeting will be held at the Sunridge Inn, Baker City, OR 97814. The meeting will take place on the 24th day of April from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive public comment on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be obtained on or about April 21st at 1916 Island Avenue, La Grande, OR 97850, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (ORS294.401(4)). This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the programs with the Budget Committee.
