A Variance application was also submitted to vary from the minimum square footage and number of non-family employees. The subject property is located north of May Lane and south of the Grande Ronde River and described as Twp. 2S, Range 38 EWM, Section 32D, Tax Lot 3701, about 2.95 acres, in an R-2 Rural Residential Zone.
