Public notices for the day of December 10, 2010 TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Loan No: 0061343091 T.S. No.: 10-11339-6 . Reference is made to that certain deed made by, DARREL R. NOLAN, A SINGLE PERSON as Grantor to FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INS CO, as trustee, in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Beneficiary, recorded on November 16, 2006, as Instrument No. 20066058 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Union County, OR to-wit: APN: 12508 THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 17 AND ALL OF LOTS 18, 19 AND 20, ALL IN BLOCK 4 ON HINDMAN'S ADDITION TO ELGIN, UNION COUNTY, OREGON ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT OF SAID ADDITION. Notice is further given that any person named in Section 86.753 of Oregon Revised Statutes has the right to have the foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstated by payment to the beneficiary of the entire amount then due (other than such portion of said principal as would not then be due had no default occurred), together with the costs, trustee's or attorney's fees and curing any other default complained of in the Notice of Default by tendering the performance required under the obligation or trust deed, at any time prior to five days before the date last set for sale.
