TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE Loan No: xxx5962 T.S. No.: 1310666-09. Reference is made to that certain deed made by David W. Williams and Kimberly A. Williams, Husband And Wife As Tenants By The Entirety., as Grantor to Eastern Oregon Title, Inc., as Trustee, in favor of Community Bank, as Beneficiary, dated October 11, 2002, recorded October 21, 2002, in official records of Union, Oregon in book/reel/volume No. xx at page No. xx, fee/file/Instrument/microfilm/reception No. 20025932 covering the following described real property situated in said County and State, to-wit: Lot one (1) in block sixty (60) of chaplins's addition to la grande, Union county, oregon, according to the recorded plat of said addition. Commonly known as: 1102 O Ave La Grande Or 97850. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.735(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes: the default for which the foreclosure is made is the grantor’s: Failure to pay the monthly payment due september 1, 2010 of principal and interest and subsequent installments due thereafter; plus late charges; together with all subsequent sums advanced by beneficiary pursuant to the terms and conditions of said deed of trust. Grande Ronde Model Watershed

The Grande Ronde Model Watershed invites bids for the construction of the Big Sheep Creek - Buhler Diversion - 2011 project, located approximately 6 miles south of the City of Imnaha, Oregon, in Wallowa County. Work generally consists of removing and replacing an 18-inch irrigation diversion and head gate and re-grading approximately 300 feet of Big Sheep Creek downstream of the existing diversion. Work for this project will include constructing a work isolation barrier and a temporary ditch to divert Big Sheep Creek around the project site, constructing six rock grade control structures, manufacturing and installing one steel slide gate, and installing two woody debris structures, along with excavation, backfill, streambed simulation material placement, and all other associated work, materials, and labor to complete the project.
Sealed bids for the described project will be received by Mary Estes, or her authorized representative, of the Grande Ronde Model Watershed at 1114 J Avenue, La Grande, Oregon 97850, until 2:00 p.m., local time, February 24, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same location, time, and date that bids are due. Construction shall begin in July 2011 and finish in August 2011. The time for substantial completion shall be forty-five (45) calendar days.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act (40USC276a).

Alternatively, the Contractor may request a paper copy of the Bidder's Packet and a CD containing a printable pdf version of the Contract Documents and Drawings for $20.00. The Contractor shall provide his/her mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address when plans are requested. The Contractor shall also identify him/herself as a prime contractor, subcontractor, supplier, etc., as applicable. The Contract Documents will be available after February 8, 2011.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. local time on February 15, 2011. The pre-bid conference will be held at the Grande Ronde Model Watershed office located in the RY Timber Building at 936 West North Street, Enterprise, Oregon. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.

UNION COUNTY BOARD OF PROPERTY TAX APPEALS
NOTICE OF SESSION
Notice is hereby given that on February 17, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. the Board of Property Tax Appeals of Union County, Oregon, will meet to:
Hear petitions for reduction of the real market, maximum assessed, specially assessed, or assessed value of property as of January 1, 2010, or as determined under ORS 308.146(5)(a), ORS 308.146 (6)(a), or ORS 308.428.
Hear petitions for reduction of value corrected under ORS 311.208.
Hear petitions for waiver of penalties for late filing of real or personal property returns.
Petitions must have been filed with the Clerk of the Board and postmarked not later than January 3, 2011.
The Board will meet in the Misener Conference Room, Daniel Chaplin Building, 1001 Fourth Street, La Grande, Oregon.
A schedule of hearings, for those who requested to be present, will be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting on the bulletin board of the Chaplin Building.
If you requested to be present at the hearing, you will be notified of the date, time, and place to appear. All other hearings will be scheduled as time allows. Contact the Board of Property Tax Appeals for further information.
Executive sessions may be held during the session as authorized by ORS 192.660, to consider documents and information made confidential under ORS 308.290 (10), ORS 308.411, and ORS 308.413.
