Short-term Rentals AMD#10-03 – Proposal to revise the short term rental review process and to clarify the affected Articles language as it relates to potential requirements and violations. This proposal may potentially affect all those private properties that are located outside the City limits within Wallowa County and may revise Articles 18 (R-2), 54 (R-3), and 55 (RCR),.
The March Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for March 29, 2011.
This matter will be reviewed for conformance to the WCCLUP and the WCLDO and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance of Wallowa County or the State of Oregon.
