NOTICE OF HEARING UNION COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS VESTING DETERMINATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Board of Commissioners, meeting in regular session, Wednesday, March 5, 2008, 11:30 a.m., Joseph Building Annex Conference Room, 1106 K Ave., La Grande, will make a determination as to whether the approved Phillip & Kathryn Cochran Measure 37 claim to create a twelve lot subdivision meets the Oregon courts interpretation of common law vesting. The property is located southeast of the City of La Grande, between I-84 & Pierce Road and is described as Twp. 3S, Range 38 EWM, Section 35D, Tax Lots 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 & 800 and Twp. 4S, 38 EWM, Section 02, Tax Lots 100, 101, 102 & 103.
