UNION COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RURAL FIRE DISTRICT
ANNEXATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, a public hearing will be held in the Joseph Building Annex Conference Room, 1106 K Ave., La Grande, Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., to consider the annexation of property owned by Don & Rachel Edmondson into the Elgin Rural Fire Protection District. The property is located at 71441 Summerville Road and is described as follows:
In Township 1 North, Range 39 East of the Willamette Meridian
Section 17: The southwest quarter of the southwest quarter.
Section 18: The south half of the southeast quarter.
Section 19: The north half of the northeast quarter.
Section 20: The northwest quarter of the northwest quarter.
Situate in the County of Union, State of Oregon.
All interested persons may appear and be heard.
