The Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC) in Wallowa County is requesting comments for the following projects proposed for funding from the PUblic Transportation Discretionary Grant Program offered by the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Community Connection of Wallowa County applied for funding through the State Discretionary Grant process (biennium 2010 to 2012) in collaboration with transit providers in Baker and Union Counties. Applications under consideration include:

Medicaid Match (operations funding ) - $14,407
Purchased Services (through Union County) - $15,040
Preventative Maintenance (capital) - $13,670
Vehicle Replacement - $55,633
Total Proposals - $98,750
