Wallowa ESD is accepting bids for the purchase and installation of Dragonwave 18GHz microwave equipment with 2.5 foot dishes between Joseph School District (N45 21.174; W117 13.360 Elevation 4,275±5) and Sheep Ridge (N45 23.955; W117 23.349; Elevation 7,021±5). This system must include redundant 18 GHz 100 Mbps link with hot standby or dual throughput at high power and all appropriate FCC licenses. Radio link must have the built-in capability/option to go to 300 Mbps. Seller must be able to provide 24/7 service, NBD parts, remote diagnostics, on site support available within 12 hours and be able to service Sheep Ridge location in adverse weather conditions such as heavy snow, wind and cold temperatures. System is to be installed on or before March 27th, 2008 with a billing date of July 1, 2008 or later.

Submit sealed bids to Edward M. Jensen, Superintendent, Wallowa Education Service District, 107 SW  1st Street Suite 105, Enterprise, Oregon 97828. Bids must be received no later than February 11, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and read on February 11, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.
