Publish: December 22, 29, 2010, January 5, 2011 Legal no. 4198 City of Union Public Notice Please be advised that the Union City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 19, 2011, on the application of Robert & Linda Burton for a minor partition in the Residential (R-1) zone on the following property located in the City of Union, to wit: Map 04S 39E 13DA, Tax lot 115. The hearing will be held in the Leonard Almquist Council Chambers, Union City Hall, 342 S. Main Street, Union at or shortly after 7:00 p.m.. Applicable criteria for the Planning Commission’s decision are found in Union’s Zoning Ordinance 337 and Partition and Subdivision Ordinance. A copy of the application and all documents and evidence relied upon by the applicant are available for inspection at no cost in the Administrative office, Union City Hall, during normal business hours (10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday). Testimony may be presented orally at the hearing or by written statement presented at or before the hearing. Testimony and evidence must be directed toward the criteria above, or to other criteria in the Zoning Ordinance or Land Use Plan that you believe would apply to the decision. Failure to raise an issue with sufficient specificity to afford the Planning Commission and the parties an opportunity to respond to the issue will preclude appeal based on that issue.
