NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS Oregon Trail Electric Consumers Cooperative, Inc. (the Cooperative) gives notice that UNCLAIMED PAYMENTS OWED TO NAMED PERSONS have been available since December 31, 2005, at the office of the Cooperative at 4005 23rd Street, P.O. Box 226, Baker City, Oregon 97814. Unless those persons named or their heirs claim payments no later than June 1, 2010, they will be forfeited to the Cooperative. See supplement in today's newspaper for detailed list of persons who have unclaimed funds. The Board of Directors intends to contribute the amount of the forfeited funds to the Oregon Trail Electric Consumers Cooperative, Inc.
