No.: 10-12175-6 Reference is made to that certain Deed of Trust dated as of February 14, 2000 made by, CHRISTIAN E, CARTER AND CONNIE S. CARTER, as the original grantor, to LUCY E KIVEL ESQ, as the original trustee, in favor of TMS MORTGAGE INC., DBA THE MONEY STORE, as the original beneficiary, recorded on February 18, 2000, as Instrument No. 20000633 of Official Records in the Office of the Recorder of Union County, Oregon (the "Deed of Trust"). The current beneficiary is: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., (the "Beneficiary"). CONDITIONAL USE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Planning Commission, meeting in special session, Monday, July 18, 2011, 7:00 p.m., Daniel Chaplin Building Conference Room, 1001 4th Street, La Grande, will consider a Conditional Use application submitted by Gayl Blom to establish a temporary medical hardship dwelling for a family member on property located about 2 miles east of the City of Union, at 59449 High Valley Road and described as Twp. 4S, Range 40 EWM, Tax Lot 3600, about 39.40 acres, in an A-2 Agriculture-Grazing Zone.
The applicable Land Use Regulations are found in Section 3.04 of the Union County Zoning, Partition & Subdivision Ordinance. Failure to raise a specific issue with sufficient specificity at the local level precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. The application and all information related to the proposal are available for review at no cost and copies can be supplied at a reasonable cost. A staff report will be available for review seven days before the hearing, and can be supplied at a reasonable cost.
