Notice of Permit Amendment T-10838 T-10838 filed by Curtis Troyer, 62323 Lower Cove Road, Cove, Oregon 97824, proposes additional points of appropriation under Permit G-11074. The permit allows the use of 4.0 cubic feet per second (priority date March 29, 1990) from 4 wells in Sects. 26, 35, and 36, T 2 S, R 39 E, W.M. (Grande Ronde River Basin) for irrigation and supplemental irrigation in Sects. 25, 26, 35, and 36. The applicant proposes two additional points of appropriation within Sects. 26 and 35, T 2 S, R 39 E, W.M. The Water Resources Department has concluded that the proposed permit amendment appears to be consistent with the requirements of ORS 537.211. The last date of newspaper publication is June 26, 2009.
