NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS Karla L. Roe has been appointed Personal Representative (hereafter PR) of the Estate of Philip Karl Hancock, deceased, Probate No. 11-02-8322, Union County Circuit Court, State of Oregon. All persons whose rights may be affected by the proceeding may obtain additional information from the court records, the PR, or the attorney for the PR. Publish: March 3, 10, 17, 2011 Legal no. 4268 Union County is currently accepting applications for funding for transportation of elderly and people with disabilities in Union County. Funds may be used for maintenance of existing transportation programs and services or planning and development of services for those not currently served. Current providers of development of transportation for elderly and people with disabilities including cities, counties, districts, agencies, nonprofit corporations and private operations, are eligible recipients. Funds will be available beginning July 1, 2011, for a biennium ending on June 30, 2013. Application information can be obtained at the Union County Commissioners’ Office, 1106 K Avenue, La Grande.
