TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE Loan No: xxxxxx6642 T.S. No.: 1265564-09. Reference is made to that certain deed made by Jason Blake and Elizabeth Blake, Husband And Wife., as Grantor to Abstract and Title Co., as Trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., ("mers") As Nominee For First Franklin Financial Corp., An Op. Sub. of Mlb&t Co., Fsb, as Beneficiary, dated February 26, 2007, recorded March 02, 2007, in official records of Union, Oregon in book/reel/volume No. xx at page No. xx, fee/file/Instrument/microfilm/reception No. 20071133 covering the following described real property situated in said County and State, to-wit: Lots seven (7) and eight (8) in block 17 of riverside addition to La Grande, Union County, Oregon, according to the recorded plat of said addition.
