The Union-Baker Education Service District will hold a public auction for two Pontiac Grand Am vehicles on Friday, May 29, 2009, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Vehicles are sold as is and will be awarded to the highest bidder. The auction will take place at the ESD building in Island City, 10100 N. McAlister Road. More information regarding the vehicles can be obtained by contacting the ESD at 963-4106.
NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Lostine, Wallowa County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010, will be held at Lostine City Hall, 128 Hwy 82 Lostine, OR. The meeting will take place on May 28, 2009 at 7:30 A.M. The Purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A coy of th budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 27, 2009 at Lostine City Hall, between the hours of 12:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M.
