TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to that certain trust deed
made by DONNA C. PEBLEY, as grantor, to ABSTRACT & TITLE COMPANY,
as trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
solely as nominee for Mann Financial Inc. D/B/A Allied Mortgage
Resource, as beneficiary, dated 12/02/05, recorded 12/06/05, in the
mortgage records of Union County, Oregon, as 20056535 and subsequently
assigned to US Bank National Association, as Trustee for CSFB ARMT
2006-2 by Assignment, covering the following described real property

non-exclusive roadway easement for ingress to and egress from adjoining
properties located in the south half of the southeast quarter of

56'45" West 1491.55 feet from the southeast corner of Section 3,

the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property
to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and a notice of
default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes
86.735(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor's
failure to pay when due the following sums: monthly payments of
$2,305.20 beginning 05/01/09; plus late charges of $91.96 each month

with the standard of time established by ORS 187.110, at the following

Oregon, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the
interest in the described real property which the grantor had or had
power to convey at the time of the execution by grantor of the trust
