By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Union, in the case of LASALLE BANK,N.A.,as indenture Trustee under that certain Indenture dated as of January 1,2006, for the Benefit of the United States Small Business Administration and the holders of Business Loan Express SBA Loan Backed Notes, Series 2006-1, Class A and Class B Notes, Subject to the Multi- Party Agreement dated as of January 1, 2006, Plaintiff, VS. ROBERT SAYE and DAVID BARCALA,Individually and as trustees under the Declaration of Trust of Robert Saye and David L Barcala, dated November 8,2002; BARCALA/SAYE PROPERTIES,INC.,an Oregon corporation,dba THE UNION HOTEL; CAROL WONG; CAM CREDITS,INC., an Oregon corporation; WABASHA LEASING,LLC, a foreign limited Liability company, Defendants, Case No. 110547084, together with written instructions, to me directed, commanding me to sell all of the right, title, interest and claim of the above named defendants in and to certain real property, on the 8th day of November, 2011, I levied on the defendants right, title, interest and claim in and to thefollowing described real property:
Beginning at a point on the West side of Front Street (now N. Main Street) in the town of Union, Union County, Oregon, 100 feet South of the Southeast corner of Block 1 of the plat of North Union; thence West 200 feet; thence due South 185 feet to the North line of the Linnington tract; thence East along the North line of the Linnington tract 200 feet to the West line of Front (N. Main) Street; thence North along said West line of Front (N. Main) street 185 feet to the place of beginning. SITUATE IN the Southwest quarter of Southwest quarter of Section 18, in Township 4 South, Range 40 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the City of Union, Union County, Oregon.
Also known as 326 N Main St, Union, Oregon.
Notice is hereby given that I will, on the 12th day of December, 2011, at 10 o’clock a.m., at the front door of the Union Hotel, 326 North Main Street, Union, Oregon, sell the right, title, interest and claim of the defendants in the above-described real property subject to redemption as provided by law, to the highest bidder for cash, in hand, at public oral auction.
SALE WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL PRIOR LIENS.
Before bidding at the sale, a prospective bidder should independently investigate:
    (a) The priority of the lien or interest of the judgment creditor;
    (b) Land use laws and regulations applicable to the property;
    (c) Approved uses for the property;
    (d) Limits on farming or forest practices on the property;
    (e) Rights of neighboring property owners; and
    (f) Environmental laws and regulations that affect the property.
