PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Union County Board of Commissioners meeting in special session on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. will hold a public hearing to accept testimony on the proposed Oregon Strategic Investment Program Agreement between Union County and Antelope Ridge Wind Power Project LLC. The hearing will be held in the La Grande Middle School Commons, 1108 4th Street, La Grande, Oregon. Interested citizens may appear and offer comments on the proposed SIP Agreement. The proposed agreement may be viewed at www.union-county.org or obtained from the Union County Commissioners Office at 1106 K Avenue, La Grande. Publish: November 5, 8, 2010 Legal no. 4173 |
