NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT The City of La Grande Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at its Regular Session on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the La Grande City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 Adams Avenue, La Grande, Oregon. The Hearing is to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Thirty Foot (30’) by Fifty Foot (50’) fenced compound enclosing a Wireless Communication Facility (WCF), with a One Hundred Twenty Foot (120’) monopole tower, and a Twelve Foot (12’) by Twenty Foot (20’) equipment building. The property is situated in the M-1 Light Industrial Zone. Property is located at 1601 N. Spruce Street, T3S, R38E, Section 5DC, Tax Lot 3400, La Grande, Union County, Oregon. The applicant is AT&T Mobility Corporation. The applicable land use regulations are found in Chapter 8, Article 8.5 of the City of La Grande Land Development Code Ordinance Number 3081, Series 2009. Failure to raise a specific issue at the Public Hearing precludes appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision. The City of La Grande shall not pay any fees or expenses incurred by those who choose to respond to this Request for Qualifications. Firms are invited to submit statements of qualifications to perform the services identified in the Request for Qualifications packet.
