NOTICE OF HEARING UNION COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS IGO LANE LEGALIZATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on November 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Joseph Building Annex Conference Room, 1106 “K” Ave., La Grande, to review an application submitted by Union County to legalize the portion of Igo Lane from Lester Road west to the Mt. Emily Recreation Area gate about 1680 feet, located in Twp. 2S, Range 38 EWM, Section 17. Legalization proceedings have been initiated because the location of the road cannot be accurately determined due to a defective survey of the road or adjacent properties and the road has been used for 10 years or more and does not conform to the location of the road described in the county records. The applicable regulations are found in ORS 368.201 to 368.426. Adjacent landowners and interested persons are invited to submit written or oral testimony before or on the day of the hearing. The Board of Commissioners may adopt a new survey with such restriction as it deems reasonable.
