Health Net Pearl (PFFS), a Medicate Advantage or Cost-Based health plan offered by Health Net Life Insurance company, will stop providing Medicare coverage in Oregon effective January 1, 2010. If you are now a member of Health Net Pearl (PFFS), we will keep providing your Medicare coverage through December 31, 2009, and we will be sending you a letter with more information on how to change your coverage starting January 1, 2010. Request for Quotes Grande Ronde Model Watershed Program 1114 J Avenue La Grande, Oregon 97850 The Grande Ronde Model Watershed Program and the Oregon Department of Wildlife will conduct a pre-bid site showing on October 15, 2009 for the Ladd Creek Channel Reconstruction and Wetland Restoration Project. The site showing will begin at the Ladd Marsh Wildlife Management Area Headquarters 59116 Pierce Road at 9:00 a.m. local time. Contract documents will be available at the site showing. The project consists of approximately six miles of new channel excavation, three miles of ditch reclamation, and installation of grade control structures, rootwads and large wood. The Grande Ronde Model Watershed Program, 1114 J Avenue, will receive Request for Quotes (RFQ) until 5:00 p.m., local time, October 22, 2009. Final contract award will be made October 26. Construction will begin, weather permitting, as soon as practical after October 26, will continue as long as weather permits, and will finish in the fall of 2010.
