NOTICE OF HEARING UNION COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS RURAL FIRE DISTRICT ANNEXATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the Joseph Building Annex Conference Room, 1106 K Ave., La Grande, to consider the annexation into the Imbler Rural Fire Protection District of property owned by Jerry & Janice Hudson. The property is located at 61975 Dial Lane, about 4 miles northwest of the City of Summerville and is described as follows: The south 1/2 of the north 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 8 Township 1 South Range 38 East of the Willamette Meridian situated in Union County.
