TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE T.S. No.: 07-79571OR Loan No: 0200024157 Reference is made to that certain deed of trust made by Earth N Book Limited Partnership, as Grantor to Landamerica Transnation, as Trustee, in favor of Interbay Funding, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as Beneficiary, dated 1/29/2004, recorded 2/2/2004, as Instrument No. 20040573, Book --, Page --, in Official Records of Union County, Oregon, securing the following described real property, to-wit: All of Lot 16 in Block 105 of Chaplin's addition to La Grande Union County, Oregon according to the recorded plat of said addition Commonly known as: 1118 Adams Avenue La Grande, Oregon 97850 APN: 1046 Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and the notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.735(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes. Request for Qualifications The Malheur Council on Aging & Community Services is now accepting applications to establish qualified Contractors for the installation of weatherization measures and readiness repairs to income-eligible homes in Malheur County. Applicants must be bonded, registered with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board, Certified in Weatherization Lead Safe Practices, have a minimum of five years as a General Contractor and carry liability and workers compensation insurance. They must also adhere to all ORS statutes pertaining to employer/employee relations. Minority and women owned contractors are encouraged to respond.
