IMPORTANT PROGRAMMING INFORMATION Charter currently imports the distant broadcast TV signal KTVB-NBC from Boise which is duplicated by broadcast TV station KGW-NBC in Portland. Effective December 1, 2010 Charter will no longer provide channel 7, KTVB-NBC- Boise on the channel lineup in La Grande and surrounding areas as noted below. Portland broadcast TV affiliate KGW-NBC will remain on channel 8 on the Basic Service lineup. This change will not result in a modification of our current rates. This change will affect Charter customers in the following areas: La Grande, Island City, Union and Union County.
