NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The City of La Grande Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at its Regular Session on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the
La Grande City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 Adams Avenue,
La Grande, Oregon.  The Hearing is to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit for the placement of a seventy foot (70’) communications structure providing internet service.  The property is situated in the GC General Commercial Zone.  Property is located at 2802 Adams Avenue, T3S, R38E, Section 9CD, Tax Lots 202 and 300, La Grande, Union County, Oregon.  The applicant is Juniper Hill Properties, LLC.
The applicable land use regulations are found in Chapter 8, Article 8.5 of the City of La Grande Land Development Code Ordinance Number 3081, Series 2009.  Failure to raise a specific issue at the Public Hearing precludes appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision.  A copy of the application and information related to the proposal are available for review at no cost, with copies supplied at a reasonable cost.  A Staff Report will be available for review seven (7) days before the Planning Commission Hearing, and can also be supplied at a reasonable cost.  For further information, contact the Planning Division at (541) 962-1307.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Northeast Oregon Housing Authority has revised the Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It will be available October 1, 2009 for review at the Housing Authority’s office, at 2608 May Lane, La Grande, Oregon. The Housing Authority’s hours of operation are 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. Everyone is invited.
Copies of the Agency Plan will be available at the following offices: Union County Court, Baker County Court, Grant County Court, Wallowa County Court, and City Halls in Dayville, Mt. Vernon, Huntington, Union, Elgin, and Haines. Written comments will be accepted at Northeast Oregon Housing Authority office and discussed at the Public Hearing on the above date.

TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by JOHNNA M. WHEREFORE, notice hereby is given that the undersigned trustee will on December 29, 2009 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock, A.M. in accord with the standard of time established by ORS 187.110, at the following place: outside the main entrance of the Daniel Chaplin Building, 1001 4th Avenue Street, in the City of La Grande, County of Union, State of Oregon, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the interest in the described real property which the grantor had or had power to convey at the time of the execution by grantor of the trust deed, together with any interest which the grantor or grantor's successors in interest acquired after the execution of the trust deed, to satisfy the foregoing obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of sale, including a reasonable charge by the trustee. Notice is further given that for reinstatement or payoff quotes requested pursuant to ORS 86.757 and 86.759 must be timely communicated in a written request that complies with that statute addressed to the trustee's "Urgent Request Desk" either by personal delivery to the trustee's physical offices (call for address) or by first class, certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to the trustee's post office box address set forth in this notice. Due to potential conflicts with federal law, persons having no record legal or equitable interest in the subject property will only receive information concerning the lender's estimated or actual bid. Lender bid information is also available at the trustee's website, www.northwesttrustee.com. Notice is further given that any person named in ORS 86.753 has the right, at any time prior to five days before the date last set for the sale, to have this foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstated by payment to the beneficiary of the entire amount then due (other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred) and by curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by tendering the performance required under the obligation or trust deed, and in addition to paying said sums or tendering the performance necessary to cure the default, by paying all costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the obligation and trust deed, together with trustee's and attorney's fees not exceeding the amounts provided by said ORS 86.753.
