CITY OF LA GRANDE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Insurance Brokerage/Consultation Services For Medical Benefit Plans The City of La Grande, Union County, Oregon is soliciting proposals from state licensed, experienced, capable, customer service focused firms regarding their qualifications to provide brokerage and consulting services to the City for employees’ health insurance plans. The City of La Grande shall not pay any fees or expenses incurred by those who choose to respond to this Request for Qualifications. Firms are invited to submit statements of qualifications to perform the services identified in the Request for Qualifications packet. To obtain the packet for this Request For Qualifications please contact Angelika Brooks at 541-962-1309 or you may also obtain a packet on the City’s website, www.cityoflagrande.org. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 pm on October 15, 2010, directed to the attention of Robert Strope, City Manager, City of La Grande, PO Box 670, 1000 Adams Ave., La Grande, OR 97850. The City reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the proposal process; and to accept the proposal which, in the City’s judgment, best meets the needs of the City.
