BALLOT TITLE #31-75
Notice is hereby given that a ballot title for a measure referred by the Union County Board of Commis-sioners has been filed with the County Clerk of Union County on September 1, 2010.
The ballot caption is: “Advisory vote regarding Antelope Ridge Wind Farm Application citizen support”.
An elector may file petition for review of this ballot title in the Union County Circuit Court no later than 5:00 pm, Sept. 17, 2010.
