NOTICE OF HEARING UNION COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION CONDITIONAL USE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Planning Commission, meeting in regular session, September 28, 2009, 7:00 p.m., Daniel Chaplin Building Conference Room, 1001 4th Street, La Grande, will consider a new Conditional Use application submitted by Rocky & Diana Campbell to establish a water bottling operation because the applicants allowed the Planning Commission’s prior tentative approval to expire. The property is located at 61954 Behrens Lane, northwest of the City of Summerville and described as Twp. 1S, Range 38 EWM, Tax Lots 4600 & 4601, about 198.18 total acres, in an A-1 Exclusive Farm Use Zone.
