TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS
A. General Contract bidders are invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at 104 North Pine Street before 3 pm local daylight time on the1st day of September, 2009, for the following project: Wallowa City Hall, Tenant Improvements.
B. Project Description: Design and Build Interior Office, in south end of existing Fire Hall, using original Fire Hall Plans.
C. Submit your offer on your Bid Form, Bidders may supplement their form as appropriate.
D. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
E. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
F. The Owner may reject any offer not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting agency’s finding that it is in the public interest to do so.

On August 13, 2008 an application seeking consent to the assignment of license of FM translator station K266AJ was tendered for filing with the Federal Communications Commission. The application was amended July 17, 2009. The station is licensed to Jamie Werner to serve the area of La Grande, OR. The proposed assignee is Vincent Shiflet. K266AJ operates on channel 266 with .205 kilowatts of power from a transmitter located at 45-20-52 North, 118-7-5 West. K266AJ will rebroadcast station KLKY, 241, Stanfield, OR.
