Rescue workers respond to a one-vehicle cash Saturday about eight miles northeast of La Grande. One person was killed in the accident and two others seriously injured. One person was arrested on charges of first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants-felony, reckless driving and three counts of recklessly endangering. One man died and two children were seriously injured late Saturday afternoon in a one-vehicle cash about eight miles northeast of La Grande.
