CASE, HAMPTON LEAD PREP TEAM ROPERS

ELGIN Kristi Case and Travis Hampton of the Eastern Oregon High School Rodeo Club finished third in team roping last weekend at the clubs home rodeo at the Elgin Stampede grounds.

Case and Hampton had a time of 11.12 seconds. Teammates Tyson Evans and Brandon Evans were sixth in team roping with a time of 14.78.

The Elgin rodeo was the last of the season for the high schoolers. The spring season starts in late March.
