LAKEVIEW — The Union girls basketball season came to an end one step away from returning to Pendleton for the final eight. Lakeview took advantage of trips to the foul line during a 47-41 win. The Bobcats built an 18-11 first quarter lead, and held the upper-hand 29-28 headed into the final quarter. The Fighting Honkers took the game from the charity strip, making 17-of-30 attempts.Union didn’t make a foul shot in the game on its five attempts. Senior Jessy Reynolds led Union with 22 points. Shalee Kimball added nine points. Kinsey Seaton led Lakeview with 20 points. Donna Cahill finished with 13 points.
