EASTERN'S EXLINE, JONES, RABAS HONORED BY CASCADE CONFERENCE

Eastern Oregon's Trevor Exline was named this week to the Cascade Collegiate Conference 2003-04 All-Conference Team.

Exline, a forward, averaged 15.5 points and 7.4 rebounds a game, sixth in the conference, for the Mountaineers. Exline also shot 53.6 percent from the field.

Point guard Tyree Jones was also named to the CCC honorable mention team. Despite missing several games due to a groin injury, Jones led the conference in assists per game at 7.75 and scored 15.9 points a game. He shot 39.5 percent on his 3-pointers.

Bryan Rabas was named to the CCC All-Newcomer Team. Rabas shot 78-for-185 from 3-point range (42.2 percent) and averaged 12.2 points a game.

The CCC Player of the Year was Tom Perkes of Albertson. Mark Owen of Albertson was named Coach of the Year, while E.J. Costello of Albertson was named Newcomer of the Year.
