GOODRICH, McMAHON WIN FARM-CITY TITLES

Brad Goodrich of Hermiston and Elmira's Jessica McMahon came out on top in events during Sunday's finals of the Farm-City Pro Rodeo held at the Umatilla County Fairgrounds in Hermiston. The rodeo was part of the 2004 Wrangler Summer Tour.

Goodrich had a time of 8.9 seconds to win the tie down roping title. McMahon's time of 17.30 was good enough to take the barrel racing crown – by two-hundredths of a second.

Larry Sandvick of Belle Fourche, S.D. and Canyon, Texas cowboy Will Lowe tied for first in bareback riding, each recording a score of 84.

Other event winners: steer wrestling, Stockton Graves, New Kirk, Okla.; saddle broncs, Rod Warren, Big Valley, Alberta; team roping, Shain Sproul, Benson, Ariz./Kinney Harrell, Brady, Texas; and bull riding, Beau Hill, West Glacier, Mont.
