NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Board of Commissioners, meeting in regular session, March 21, 2007, 1:30 p.m., Joseph Building Annex Conference Room, 1106 "K" Ave., La Grande, Oregon, will consider an appeal submitted by R.D. Mac, Jay Collman, agent, of the Planning Commission's February 26, 2007 approval condition limiting the approved temporary asphalt plant hours of operation from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The property is located about two miles south of Island City, on the east side of McAlister Road and is described as Twp. 3S, Range 38 EWM, Section 15, Tax Lots 200 & 201, 128.8 total acres, in an A-1 Exclusive Farm Use Zone.

The applicable Land Use Regulations are found in Sections 2.04, 21.07 & 34.00 of the Union County Zoning, Partition and Subdivision Ordinance. Failure to raise a specific issue with sufficient specificity at the local level precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Board of Commissioners, meeting in regular session, Wednesday, March 21, 2007, 10:00 a.m., Joseph Building Annex Conference Room, 1106 K Ave., La Grande, will consider a Measure 37 claim submitted by Retha Bowman, D.
