You are hereby notified that a Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship has been filed alleging your child to be dependent and praying that an order be issued declaring said child to be dependent and that all parental rights be terminated and said child be declared under the jurisdiction of the court for such disposition as the court deems best.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to ORS 477.250, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Northeast Oregon Forest Protection (NEO) District, 611 20th Street, La Grande, Oregon, on Monday, April 23, 2007, at 9:00 A.M., to receive from any interested persons suggestions, advice, objections or remonstrances to the proposed budget for the forest protection district.
