NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONE DESIGNATION CHANGE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION CHANGE Notice is hereby given that the La Grande Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing, Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1000 Adams Avenue, La Grande, Oregon, to consider amending the City of La Grande's Land Development Code Ordinance 3047, Series 2006, and Comprehensive Plan Ordinance 3038, Series 2005, to implement a zone change from M-1 Light Industrial to R-2 Medium Density Residential. The applicable land use regulations are found in Chapter 8, Articles 8.6 and 8.7 of the City of La Grande Land Development Code Ordinance Number 3047, Series 2006. A copy of the applications and all information related to the proposals are available for review at no cost, with copies supplied at a reasonable cost. A Staff Report will be available for review seven (7) days before the Hearing at no cost, with copies supplied at a reasonable cost. The meeting will take place on the 29th day of May, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. the purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message ad to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 29, 2007 at 180 Ruckman Avenue between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the budget committee will take place.
