Teri Colton of Portland views a traveling Smithsonian Institution exhibit at the Union County Museum Monday. The exhibit – "Yesterday's Tomorrows: Past Visions of the American Future" – is at the museum for a six-week stay. The theme of the traveling exhibit is how Americans have envisioned their future in times past. How will we live? What will we eat? How will we communicate, travel, and entertain ourselves? About 150 attended the show's opening Sunday.
