Greg Johnson has opened a new business at 1315 Adams Ave. called Benjamin Brown Books and Billiards. The entrance is on Fir Street. He has a general collection of books, used music and a line of handcrafted gifts. "Books and billiards are a natural fit. People are studying at home more and are looking for new ways to be entertained on a budget," Johnson said. He said specialties of the book store include parenting and education, music, Northwest Americana and games and gambling. He will offer a book exchange program, book search service and a Kids Corner. There will be billiard supplies, new and used pool tables, pool table repairs and recovers and antique pool table restoration. With more than a decade of experience, Johnson said he offers local expertise on books and the games of billiards, pool and snooker. The business is open Wednesday through Sunday. |
