PREP, COLLEGE HOOPS BEGIN HOME GAMES TUESDAY

The prep basketball season get under way Tuesday with home games for Imbler and the La Grande girls.

The La Grande girls, coming off a Great Oregon League championship and a second-place finish at the 3A State Tournament, open their season by hosting Hermiston at 7 p.m.

The Imbler boys and girls will host Weston-McEwen beginning at 3 p.m.

The Eastern Oregon men and women's teams also open up their home schedule Tuesday night.

The EOU women will host Whitman College at 6 p.m., while the men's game against Walla Walla College will begin at 8 p.m.
