The La Grande soccer girls, undefeated in District 7 play, dominated the league all-star selections this week.

Forward/midfielder Nicole Lewis was named the league's most valuable player, and Alex Steenstra was named coach of the year.

Joining Lewis on the first team was forward/midfielder Alexis Baum, defender/midfielder Kayla Arritola, defender Megan Sherer and midfielder Caitlin Schoenfelder.

Making the second team all-league was midfielder/forward Crystal Kevan, defender Tricia Nebeker and goalie Amber Rasmussen.

La Grande went 10-0-0 in league play this year, outscoring its opponents 49-1. The Tigers begin their playoff run at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
