Misener Conference Room, 1001 4th Street, La Grande, will consider a Site Plan application submitted by James Challis to establish a 40' x 100' steel building for precise concrete construction on property located in the southeast corner of the La Grande/Union County Airport Light Industrial Park and described as Twp. 3S, Range 38 EWM, Section 24, Tax Lot 300, about 1.31 acres, in an I-1 Light Industrial Zone.

The applicable Land Use Regulations are found in Articles 12, 16 & 20 of the Union County Zoning, Partition and Subdivision Ordinance and the UCZPSO La Grande/Union County Airport Light Industrial Park Development, Performance & Maintenance Standards.
