Public notices for the day of April 15, 2011 TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE Loan No: xxx3747 T.S. No.: 1295596-09. Reference is made to that certain deed made by Lester W. Prince, as Grantor to Eastern Oregon Title, as Trustee, in favor of Gateway Financial Services., as Beneficiary, dated August 08, 2002, recorded August 16, 2002, in official records of Union, Oregon in book/reel/volume No. xx at page No. xx, fee/file/Instrument/ microfilm/reception No. 20024737 covering the following described real property situated in said County and State, to-wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of southwest quarter of section 19 in township 4 south, range 40 east of the willamette meridian, Union county, oregon; running thence east along the south line of said northwest quater of southwest quarter a distance of 448 feet; thence north 195 feet; thence west 448 feet; thence south 195 feet to the point of beginning. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.735(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes: the default for which the foreclosure is made is the grantor°òs: Failure to pay the monthly payment due june 1, 2010 of principal and interest and subsequent installments due thereafter; plus late charges; together with all subsequent sums advanced by beneficiary pursuant to the terms and conditions of said deed of trust. A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Union Cemetery Maint. Dist. Union County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, will be held at 770 E Fulton Union OR. The meeting will take place on May 4, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 2, 2011 at 770 E Fulton St. Between the hours of 9:pp a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,  the Union County Planning Commission, meeting in regular session, Monday, April 25, 2011, 7:00 p.m., Daniel Chaplin Building Conference Room, 1001 4th Street, La Grande, will consider an application submitted by Terry Clinton of the Oregon Military Department, Mike Becker & Jarod Teeter, agents, to establish a 10,000 square foot storage building. The property is owned by Union County at the
La Grande/Union County Airport located approximately 3 miles southeast of the City of La Grande and described as Twp. 3S, Range 38 EWM, Section 24, Tax Lot 200, in a PA Public Airport Zone.
The applicable Land use Regulations are found in Sections 14.02 & 20.10 of the Union County Zoning, Partition and Subdivision Ordinance. Failure to raise a specific issue with sufficient specificity at the local level precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. The application and all information related to the proposal are available for review at no cost and copies can be supplied at a reasonable cost. A staff report will be available for review seven days before the hearing, and can be supplied at a reasonable cost.
