The City of La Grande Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at its Regular Session on Tuesday, October 11, 2011, which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the La Grande City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 Adams Avenue, La Grande, Oregon. The Hearing is to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a private preschool. The property is situated in the R-2 Medium Density Residential Zone. The property is located at 2109 Oak Avenue, T3S, R38E, Section 6DB, Tax Lot 6400,
