Frontier provides basic residential services at a rate of $8.07* for measured service and a rate of $12.59* for flat rate service. Frontier also provides basic business services at rates from $18.00-$31.20*. Frontier offers single party service, touch tone, toll blocking, access to long distance, emergency services, operator assistance and directory assistance. Use of some of these services may result in additional charges.
Low-income individuals may be eligible for a reduction on their residential telephone bill with Lifeline and/or Link-Up. Lifeline service provides discounts up to $13.50 monthly. Link-Up provides a waiver of deposit requirements if toll blocking is selected, free toll blocking, and a reduction on connection charges for basic phone service by 50%, or $30, whichever is less.
To be eligible for Lifeline, Link-Up, or both, you must participate in one of the following programs: Certain State Medical Programs or Medicaid, Food Stamps, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Program (TANF). Your eligibility for Lifeline and Link-Up will be verified by the Public Utilities Commission of Oregon.
