ZONE DESIGNATION CHANGE-COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the La Grande Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing, Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1000 Adams Avenue, La Grande, Oregon, to consider amending the City of La Grande’s Land Development Code Ordinance Number 3081, Series 2009, and Comprehensive Plan Ordinance Number 3082, Series 2009, to implement a zone change from R-2 Medium Density Residential to R-3 High Density Residential. The property under consideration is located at 301 Eighteenth Street, T3S, R38E, Section 8DD, Tax Lot 700, La Grande, Union County, Oregon. The application was filed by Ed Williams on October 20, 2011.
The applicable land use regulations are found in Chapter 8, Articles 8.6 and 8.7 of the City of La Grande Land Development Code Ordinance Number 3081, Series 2009.
