Outlaws go to 3-0 with victory

ATHENA — Enterprise won its Blue Mountain Conference football opener Friday, defeating Weston-McEwen 20-13.

The Outlaws jumped out to a 13-0 lead after Jordan Wulff-Castilleja returned an interception 43 yards for a score. 

Wulff-Castilleja then connected with Blu Risseeuw on an 81-yard touchdown pass before the TigerScots got on the board.

Cody Duquette added to Enterprise’s lead when he broke a 60-yard touchdown run.

Weston-McEwen cut the lead to one score but failed to tie the game in the fourth quarter.

Duquette finished with 82 yards rushing on 16 carries, while Risseeuw had 91 yards receiving on two catches.

Wulff-Castilleja completed three of nine passes for 97 yards.

The Outlaws are 3-0 overall and are tied with four teams at 1-0 in the BMC.

Enterprise hosts Heppner Friday.
