Union County Sheriff

Arrested: Hallie Laughon, 32, La Grande, was arrested on a Multnomah County warrant Wednesday. The warrant was for a charge of possession of a controlled substance (heroin).

Cited: A La Grande juvenile was cited Wednesday on a charge of harassment.

Arrested: Patrick Adam Walker, 28, La Grande, was arrested Sunday afternoon on a parole and probation detainer.

Arrested: Natasha Larae Ramberg, 22, unknown address, was arrested Friday morning on three Union County warrants. One  warrant was for  charges of a probation violation connected to original charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth), second-degree child neglect (two counts). A second warrant was for a charge of failure to appear in court on a charge of first-degree trespassing. A third warrant was for charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and failure to appear in court.

Arrested: A juvenile was arrested in Elgin Friday afternoon on a juvenile detainer and transported to Walla Walla.

Oregon State Police 

Arrested: Sarrah D. Crist, 33, Enterprise, was arrested Feb. 23 on a charge of failing to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged.

Arrested: Gary W. Schwabel, 45, no address, was arrested Feb. 25 on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Arrested: Efron Mendoza-Pineda, Boise, was arrested Feb. 15 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Arrested: Larry J. Neill, 26, unknown address, was arrested Feb. 16 on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Arrested: Jesse Ray Wells, 21, unknown address, was arrested Feb. 16 on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. 

Cited: Alexander T. Dipetro, 19, unknown address, was cited Feb. 17 on a charge of throwing burning material.
